Dutch Dare #42: A easter card

Happy Thursday to you all,
just got home from my second crafting morning at school. Again they were all very enthousiastic.
Working with things they've never seen/used before like the cuttlebug, all kind of different punches, papers, stampprints and embellishments made them ask if they could make a second card. I think I have to go back at least 2 times before all the kids had the chance to make a card. And the best part is that they can send the card to who ever they want.
Over at the Dutch Dare Challenge we want you to create a eastercard. I made my card a few days back and showed it to the kids at school as an example.
The papers I used (my favorites at this time) are from My Minds Eye -bloom and grow-, my favorite Magnolia form the eastercollection and the pin and buttons are from stash.

Have to keep this post very short because there are so many things left on my to-do-list I told you about last Monday. Each time I get one done, 2 more will come back. Sounds like a never ending story, but I will try to do at least 10 things more today.

Hope you enjoy your day,

xoxo Karin

Hi Karin,

Nice easter card!

Thanks for the nice comment on my card for Dutch Dare #40. Since you asked about the Japanese geisha stamp, the line is Auntie Amy's Embossing Arts, and I got it online at Addicted to Rubber Stamps
If your mother loves oriental images, there's also the Bonsai tree from Auntie Amy's that I also love to use. I'd have to say that these two stamps are probably my favorites in my entire rubber stash.

Have a great day!

Smiles and hugs from Texas,
--Kathryn
